Good work, done on time and even did a little more of the gutter guard than what was quoted. Only issue was communication with the techs…but, the estimator (Dave) was easy to get a hold of and could help to answer any questions. Will use Grandmark in the future.

David and Ignacio did a great job replacing broken tile for our roof. Would highly recommend them.

Dave showed up on time. He was professional and quick to assess the roofs leak issues. Presented a fix for the roof and a plan to repair it. Followed through with the fix in a timely manner. Would recommend GrandMark for roofing issues.

Was told worst case was 2,400.00
By David. would need to replace one tile
Waterproofing underlayment and one sheet of osb board. When the guy came to do the job there was no rot on the osb board so he left it and just fixed the tile and the underlayment, But I was charged the full amount I called and told mica about it and was told David would call me back but never did. So buyer be ware
